1964 Fender stratocaster refret. This Stratocaster was extremely rare. I had never seen one with block inlays and binding before. Fender USA said it was most likely a prototype that never went into production. Unfortunately it had some mods but nonetheless it was a great guitar and the owner just wanted to play it again.

This workhorse needed a partial refret. I normally prefer to refret the entire neck however the higher frets on this Maton had zero wear so I replaced from 1-12.
